The massage itself was fine. The premises are looking a bit tatty. My main problem was that they would not honour a gift voucher as they said the business had changed owners since it was purchased, I would not have booked a treatment there if I’d known.

One of the worst facials I’ve ever experienced - in term of cleanliness, products used, and staff. I wouldn’t recommend this to even my enemy. Truly horrible.

Wonderful massage with Krasimir! He was very knowledgeable and professional, he was able to give advice about my posture and areas to work on. He worked on every single knot I had and focused on the areas I told him were particularly tight. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed what we had but firstly we didn't have a hour only 45min and was told we were getting extra 15min as to changing our time, which we didn't get eathier.
The lady was good except kept coughing and yawning.
