I arrived on time but had to wait 35 minutes which wasn't the best start. I heard the previous customer complaining & wanting the managers number & questioned if the therapist had ever done the treatment before. This set my nerves on edge! The therapist was nice enough, but I had no confidence & was also put out with the late running. My eyebrow tint is fine, the shape not great. I got home & noticed lots of stray hairs that hadn't been waxed. Eyelash tint was okay. Place used to be better.
