I've had a lot of waxing experiences and this one was one of the worst. The lady would rip some of the wax slowly so I would feel each of my hair was being plucked where I had to ask her to do faster. Messy wax experience. Didn't feel professional.

I had booked for one hour - the therapist took fifteen minutes to enter the room after asking me to get ready - so 10.05 appointment and massage started at 10.25 and finished at 11 . I had asked him to focus on my right leg and knee and he spent just a few minutes there while mostly working on my back . I understand that the back is part of the problem solving but I felt he could have worked on my right leg for those 15-20 min that he didn’t give me
