This was such a horrible experience, I’ve never left any treatment in tears before. She did not talk me through any part of the process or check. And did not follow what I asked for at the start of the appointment. I booked in for a shape and tint and when I asked her at my patch test if it involved waxing was informed no. I had my eyes shut from the eyelash lifting chemicals when suddenly realised half my eyebrow was being ripped off, with no consultation.

Feliz was immediately welcoming, friendly and put me at ease. She was very knowledgeable and tailored my treatment to take in to account a minor injury. Overall a really relaxing experience. Definitely recommend.
