Not the best massage I’ve had. Didn’t find it relaxing at all. Probably won’t have a massage here again but can’t fault the staff, they were very polite :)
Swedish Massage
First time experiencing accupuncture! Dr W was very thorough with his consultation and extremely informative/ knowledgeable. He reassured me and calmed my nerve before and throughout the procedure and the heat once the needles were in was a lovely touch! I'm ALWAYS tense from the pain in my back and for once I feel like I had a moment or relaxation! I look forward to my upcoming massage.

Deep Tissue Massage
Everyone was friendly and professional. My therapist was amazing - she knew what she was talking about and had a really relaxing presence. She also instantly knew which spots to work on and was able to understand and explain what was going on with the pain in my neck and shoulder. Honestly, it was better than I was expecting / hoping for. Totally trusted her, can't wait to go back and highly recommend.
