Everyone was friendly and professional. My therapist was amazing - she knew what she was talking about and had a really relaxing presence. She also instantly knew which spots to work on and was able to understand and explain what was going on with the pain in my neck and shoulder. Honestly, it was better than I was expecting / hoping for. Totally trusted her, can't wait to go back and highly recommend.
