My shoulders and neck have been achy for a while now. Decided to book an appointment at Meridian for a 30minute therapy massage. Everything went smoothly from booking till the end. The therapist was a lovely, energetic lady who also gave me loads of useful tips for posture and stretching excerices. It was a good experience overall and will definitely go back.
