Very firm trigger point massage, however found it a bit rushed as I only had 30 minutes and there wasn’t time to extend
Trigger point therapy
Very welcoming staff. I had the woman who works on the weekend (I’m terrible with names). I’ve had many different people give me lymphatic drainage massages over the last month due to surgery however this by far has been the best and the woman listened to me and also advised me and showed me techniques on how to massage myself. After trying to find a place that does a good Lymphatic massage I definitely will be going back.
