Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
2nd visit was as good as the first. I was remembered by staff from my previous weeks visit which was nice.
Shirin was brilliant and once again, my various pains and muscle problems feel much better for the experience.
Trigger point therapy
This was my first ever deep tissue massage & I was a little nervous beforehand. The receptionist was very welcoming & the pre- consultation was more detailed than I'd anticipated. I felt the Dr tried very hard to understand what ailments & need I had physically. I've been under considerable stress for a long time now, and body felt weary & battered. The (Thai) deep tissue massage was excellent and my technician so professional & explained what he was doing& why and helped me understand the problem areas in my back & neck area. I am going back for further sessions and booked the next appointment in advance. Lovely soothing music played during the massage.
