It was my first acupuncture treatment and after she put the needles in, I could feel the energy that was blocked flowing again.She helped treat some muscle knots and stress It left me with a feeling of gratitude, I was energised and my mind & body connection was stronger again

I’m finding this difficult to write but it’s true I didn’t enjoy my treatment. I felt I wasn’t listened too or that my opinion wasn’t valid. The lady providing the treatment made her assessment which was not incorrect but as the patient I felt unheard as I spoke about my overall health.
