The consultation was in-depth, discussing my pains and also giving ideas of coping mechanisms. The masseuse was very friendly and well skilled at what she was doing. Suffice to say I am definitely feeling a lot looser! Definite likelihood that I will boom again
Deep Tissue Massage
I really liked my experience at the Meridian clinic. It was the first time I did acupuncture but the needles didn't hurt at all. Very relaxing and the Dr. was really thoughtful and thorough in his questions.

This really felt like an expert Thai style deep tissue massage, intuitive and effective when dealing with current knots/tension and warning re further problems re posture and laptop use.
