I've been here a number of times & always have a great experience. Today I felt a little disappointed. My appointment started late which wasn't a problem, but I felt so rushed to get in the room and get changed. They knocked on my door & I said I wasn't ready yet, about 10 seconds later they knocked again, I still wasn't ready. Then knocked again and ended up walking in on me completely topless not even ready to get on the bed. Music from the gym was leaking through the speakers. Not relaxing.
