I cannot fault the massage, the therapist was professional and spent time on the areas required. I have had a few now and each time I have been happy with the experience.
A couple of things I would mention, I found a dirty fannel.on the floor just under the bed.
Secondly time keeping is important and I can understand than not everyone or everything runs on time however if you are going to start late then you should still have the allocated time. Don't short change the customer.

Hi I had gone for a reflexology massage which was done by Shagun She was good as always very professional helpful I was very much relaxed after the massage she knows what she is doing Thank u Shagun keep up your good work.

Staff were amazing and the pregnancy massage was good but it wasn’t amazing. The atmosphere was not great at all- you could hear phones ringing from outside the room, electric wires buzzing from the ceiling, no towels or refreshments offered.
