I went to have a haircut and I was meant to have my hair washed beforehand. Sama mentioned she could do the haircut but that there was not hot water. She kindly asked if I was ok with that, which I accepted. Before I left, we agreed she would make a refund of 10£ out of £32 that I paid and I have never seen the money in my account - it’s been a month since that happened!
