I love these ladies, unfortunately though the facial wasn’t as relaxing as I hoped with a lot of talking as it was also used as a shadowing session. I wouldn’t mind but not for full price

I had an Olaplex treatment with a blowdry. The treatment and steam were really good, but the blowdry was disappointing. The stylist initially tried to rough-dry my hair and let me go, and even after reminding her I’d paid for a blowdry, it was very basic and left my hair frizzy. Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn’t return.
