I booked a Hollywood wax and the waxer clearly didn't know what or how to do a Hollywood not only that I was left with chunks of hair still matted with wax and was left with no option but to pay to fix this was told that I was very burnt and raw

Bloodied plaster on the floor for starters. Waxing went on for over an hour and they still couldn't remove everything.

Very poor experience. Badly lit room with no place for belongings. Communication unclear, waxing felt outdated & unhygienic (wax was blown on to cool?!) Wax got messy, ending up on my calves (?!) despite booking a Hollywood.. Equipment was balanced on bed & knocked off twice when I turned over. Session took 50 mins & I was charged extra £5 for the perianal area, which is supposed to be included in a Hollywood. Hair left behind, defeating point of service I paid for. Would never return.
