Absolutely superb experience. I'd been hesitant due to a poor review from another customer - but shouldn't have been. I had a firm massage with hot stones - Melissa regularly checked with me about the comfort and pressure. Although the treatment was for back, neck and shoulders, she also worked on my head and arms. This is consistent with Melissa's holistic approach by which she treats the whole person. Great value for money - I'll be going back.

Booked an appointment via treatwell and received confirmation. Arrived at appointment and there was nobody at the address, phone switched off and no response after leaving a voicemail. Waste of a journey
