Melissa is a very friendly lady, and the atmosphere is lovely. I went for BIAB; unfortunately, it lasted less than a week. It seems the product was applied onto the skin at the base of the nails, which caused some peeling. Also, on most of the nails you could see bubbles appeared that didn't look nice at all. Not satisfied with yhe quality really.
