About
Born in Philippines into a farming family, I graduated with a BSc in Secretarial Administration in 1987. I then worked on rural development projects, where I met and married my Scottish husband in 1990. When we re-located to Scotland in 1992 I was PA to the Director. With a family of three young boys, I re-trained and graduated in hairdressing (SVQ Level 2 from Telford College) in 1998. I hold National Certificates in Barbering and in Cosmetic Makeup. I hold the Salon System Beauty Certificate in Warm Waxing and qualified as a Mary Kay Consultant in Cosmetic Makeup in1998. I completed the Cuccio Manicure Training Course in 2010 and the Shellac CND in 2011. I gained experience in hairdressing for four years before establishing my present salon in 2002. I have raised money for charity and abseiled from The Forth Bridge in 2018 for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland. With a pet tortoise, my pastime interests include dancing, indoor and outdoor cooking, allotment gardening, foraging, walking and camping. Motto: LOOK YOUR BEST!
