It was my first time waxing and decided to go for a Hollywood wax,Mel was incredibly patient, highly experienced and knowledgeable in the field, and made me feel comfortable instantly, resulting in me having an excellent first time waxing experience. The atmosphere is very zen, exceptionally clean and made to feel special. Having recently moved back to the area, I'm pleased I found her online and have now found my local beautician for all things beauty related especially waxing!

This was my second visit and the service was just as great as my first. Friendly therapist, thorough and made sure I left with my eyebrows looking how I wanted to!

I thought my skin was ripped off with the hot wax down below- to which although she was apologetic, she giggled a few times?! I thought perhaps its the nerves so let it go but upon coming home, i noticed large chunks of hair left out! Not only is she incompetent but also unprofessional! I went along reading all the positive reviews but have left feeling very unsatisfied. Have never encountered such an experience for 5yrs with another therapist who sadly left the job so i had to find someone new.
