When I arrived I was told this is not a nail bar which made me feel uncomfortable. I had booked a luxury manicure and repaint of toe nails. Toe nails were duly painted but not dried so got spoilt! Problems began with manicure - my gels were not the same make of products used at the salon (not mentioned on booking) and after one attempt I was told to go elsewhere then charged for her attempt at removing them! This was a gift and meant to be a treat. Left with half removed nails - disgusting.
