I had booked in for a manicure, however it transpired that I had a nail condition that needed treating. Which was a bit of a shock and not what I was expecting. However, Vivian was utterly reassuring and started the initial stages of treatment. She explained what it was or needs to be done how it could be treated and what I need to do to make sure it’s improved. More than just a manicure it was really reassuring to have a qualified nail technician and therapist. I will definitely be back.
