After reading a lot of complaints about a lot of places not having appointments booked for their clients who all booked through Treatwell, I think I need to honestly rate Treatwell about their bad communication with clinics. My booking was not confirmed via Treatwell and luckily there was no one else booked at the same time. While we were trying to figure out why they have not been notified by Treatwell about the booking there was another lady that phoned complaining about a booking made through Treatwell, also not confirmed.
