I would have preferred the lighting lower. The spot lights were quite bright. The member of staff’s phone kept beeping which was really unprofessional. Also I appreciate that she tried to make conversation, asking me how long I had lived locally, but during a treatment I prefer to just relax. Just trying to be as setup as possible to minimise noise is ideal.
