Shima was brilliant and asked me exactly what I wanted in terms of the colour of the balayage and which toner I wanted to get the right colour, she advised me on how to get the most natural look and I’m so happy with the result! She also advised me on the cut too and had some long layers put in and now my hair looks so much thicker. Thank you so much Shima! 🥰
