Azziza was awesome as usual. It was the lady at reception that was chaotic and frankly disorganised and all over the place. Absolutely no clue what she was doing and moving people left right and centre. The whole thing has left such a bitter taste as a regular get in and out and well looked after…I just think have simple courtesy and customer service would go a long way

I went for a haircut. I was treated really well, the only thing I would say is when brushing the hair be a bit gentle instead of just brushing harshly as it hurts a lot.
