I have just moved to Manchester so I’m not sure where to go for Hollywood waxing. Especially having used to only going to the same place for all grooming stuff. I had Anila with my appointment today and she was amazing. Friendliness and definitely highly experienced. This is my place to go from now on.

My appointment was booked for 2pm However I was seen at 3pm and my haircut was done for 3.30pm and it was only a trim. Midway through my haircut the stylist left me and attended another customer as her appointment was running late. It was a very poor customer service and very unorganised.
