They don't take card and didn't have any change which wouldn't have been a problem had I known before. I got wax on my jeans from sitting on the chair and the treatment room was very unclean. It was the end of the day and they hadn't checked Treatwell so weren't expecting my last minute booking. They used the same towel on the the bed as the previous customer, didn't shut the door to the treatment room and there was wax and hair all over the floor. Treatment itself was quick but the wax was too hot and I had to 'tidy up' and finish the job when I got home as well. Safe to say I won't be going back but you do get what you pay for.
