The staff are very cold and don't make you feel welcome.
One woman washed my hair and just left me sat at the basin with a towel on my head for 10 minutes while she went to cut another clients hair. I then had to ask where to sit and they said 'anywhere.'
She then rushed my cut and I had one side longer than the other. She didn't say anything to me and was quite rough when cutting it.
My lashes were done next and that lady was really good! I'd say go for cheap and cheerful beauty treatments but avoid hair cuts...
