Worst Experience!
After a strange, slightly unfriendly greeting I was shown to a worn out room and given a towel that looked like it hadn’t been washed (in fact it had hairs and stains on it.) The wax was done with strips rather than hot wax and left me bruised. I was asked to hold areas to help the waxer which (after 10 years of waxing in many salons) I have never been asked to do and was not a comfortable experience. When I went to pay they were hesitant to let me use the card machine and after a failed attempt I was asked to go to a cash machine instead. The next day the payment was taken on my card despite having paid in cash at the venue effectively making me pay twice. I rang the salon and was told to provide bank details to be refunded but this has not been done and any further contact has been ignored! I will not be returning and strongly advise people against any treatment here!
