I was asked to sit in the darkest corner of the shop. I couldn't see very well at what she was doing. My dark hair against a dark overall. It wasn't till I got home and looked in a better mirror that I saw how awful it was. It was supposed to be a shoulder length concave bob. My hair was left with a visible length difference on the left side. And at the back there are strands of hair longer than the main hair cut. I could have gone back and complained but wouldn't have trusted her to correct it. Terrible experience and won't be going back. I will have to save up for a few weeks and pay somebody else to put it right 😡

really nice haircut done by the staff love the layers how i wanted would go again after few month and eyebrows were done great love it and staff who did my hair was very nice and also the staff that did my eyebrows and upperlip was kind too

I've been coming here for since last September, and it was my first visit post Lockdown. They are so friendly and welcoming there and they make Hollywood waxes seem much less painful than they are. Fully recommend
