The overall experience wasn’t inviting, walking in I did not feel welcomed it felt awkward. The lady sat me down and asked if I wanted them tinted even though I hadn’t booked for that and haven’t had a patch test. She started threading my eyebrows with no introduction to her or threading (which I haven’t had done before). I was not happy with my eyebrows and was left with small cuts, I will not be returning here
