Disgusting. Went in for a root cover-up with platinum blonde hair and not only did she (Mehak) apply a dark brown toner to my roots but she took it down and made half my head brown! She then applied a dark toner to the rest of my hair and ruined my whole head! I spent 6 months at a different salon going from black to platinum and this woman ruined it all in an hour. Words cannot describe how upset I am. As I sat there visibly upset, she had the audacity to laugh it off as if nothing had happened
