Second time trying this salon & am unfortunately still disappointed. Treatment was late by almost 20 mins. When started I was told I was only booked in to have already washed hair blow dried which was false. Although friendly & able to wash my hair this was disappointing. When she dried my hair she was quite rough & even though I was booked in for a curly blow dry she said it would be better to use straighteners to curl. She did not use any heat defence spray & the result was not what I wanted.

I felt immediately put at ease for my Hollywood wax appointment. The beautician was extremely professional and kept chatting to me the whole way through which helped to keep me distracted!! She did a really thorough job. Highly recommend 😊
