Second time trying this salon & am unfortunately still disappointed. Treatment was late by almost 20 mins. When started I was told I was only booked in to have already washed hair blow dried which was false. Although friendly & able to wash my hair this was disappointing. When she dried my hair she was quite rough & even though I was booked in for a curly blow dry she said it would be better to use straighteners to curl. She did not use any heat defence spray & the result was not what I wanted.
