I have been to this salon numerous times and haven’t had an issues previously. I’ve normally received fantastic service with no issues. However, this time, my beauty therapist put Vaseline on my eyebrows after being threaded and before being tinted whilst my skin was in a very sensitive state and my pores were open. This caused me to come out in a bumpy rash. I’ve never had Vaseline on after threading before and I’ve never had any issues. After looking online it says that this is due to pores being clogged.
I had also booked with a specific therapist using the Treatwell app as I’ve had numerous therapists at the salon and found her to be the best at threading and tinting. However, on arrival I was told that she was busy after booking in advance.
