Overall, happy with the colour, however my stylist Joanna did not listen to what I wanted in respect of the hair cut. the cut made my hair unequal lengths. The salon was hectic and it felt as though other customers were put at a priority. At one point, I was asked to move from my styling chair whilst I had my hair in foils and asked to sit on a lounger in the middle of the salon. Other people were offered refreshments and I was not. I felt like a burden!
