I'm unhappy with what I recieved. The stylist didn't seem to know what I was in for. I told her a balayage.She was about to start doing the dye when I asked her about the treatment?. She then said 'oh, you want Olayplex too? I said well yes this is what I've agreed to over the phone. She then used foils rather than freehand- which technically isn't a balayage and the result was barely noticible. Fiends and family said I've been ripped off and it looks like a few highlighlights and I agree £150!
