Amel was really lovely. I made the wrong booking but she did not make me feel bad about it and although balayage was longer than what I chose on my online booking, she did not rush my colour or make me feel like I ruined her schedule for the morning. My colour and cut looks amazing. I absolutely love it. Thank you Amel
