Not so great experience with service. The staff were constantly saying they don't get breaks and not had chance to have tea and showing frustration on customers. They just wanted to finish off and let go.

Sumera really took the time to understand how I wanted my hair to look and did an amazing job, especially with my blow dry given my hair usually lacks a lot of volume
