Didn’t know how to cut curly hair so I left frizzy & didn’t make me feel very good about myself, no curl cream was put in my hair either. I asked for less than an inch to be cut off and she showed me that she wanted to cut off 2. Then started blow drying my hair to cut it even though I paid for a wet cut. Paid for an hour massage & it only lasted 45 minutes. But other than that I really enjoyed the facial and the massage, the two ladies who did that made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.
