I have previously had a beautiful haircut at Mehak’s. This time I feel the stylist I had lacked experience and felt she didn’t blend in the layers as much as I wanted. When I explained this she tried to convince me it looked good rather than making an effort to find out what I thought the issue was. I also work doing cosmetic treatments and when my clients aren’t happy or want changes I always welcome feedback and act on it until they are happy so was a little disappointed this time.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Mehaks Lounge. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming — it felt more like catching up with friends than a salon visit. Mehak is incredibly skilled; she completely transformed my hair and somehow made it look healthier, shinier, and fuller all at once. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. The whole experience was relaxing, professional & Fun

Over all the Dermaplaning was good but I had a difficult situation with the payment. The beautician was changed from my normal beautician and although the new lady was very pleasant she wanted to “ upgrade “ my session to 50 minutes with an extra cost £15 . I declined the offer as I felt it was too much for my budget. So with some discussion we agreed on £40. In fareness she did a good job but on payment I was resented with a bill of £45 ! I felt embarrassed and just payed it and walked away.!
