UTTER DISASTER! Booked dye/cut, aggressively PUSHED keratin. Appointment MEANINGLESS - walk-ins prioritised, RIDICULOUS wait, chaotic scheduling. SELFISH owner got her hair done, delaying everyone! Hairdresser INCOMPETENT - nearly straightened DAMP hair, then DESTROYED hair straightening, PULLING & SNAPPING! Owner defended her incompetence! INCOMPLETE service, FORCED RETURN for mask. RIP-OFF price for DAMAGED, DRY hair. AVOID!!
