When I booked my appointment by phone, I was told haircut prices start from £85-£140, depending on length. However, at the salon, I was asked to pay £180. I explained how much length I wanted, but the stylist (Shima) cut it much shorter claiming it was an "£85 length"yet still charged me £95.
Summaya did my bleach facial and, just like the first time, did a poor job. She lacks attention to details.
The only professional service I received was from Laila, who did an excellent job.

Great eyebrow threading as always however long wait of approx 20 mins after booking my appointment in advance. I appreciate sunday is busier for them. Great eyebrow threading though.
