I visited for a full body wax and my experience was disappointing. The therapist, Layla, was disengaged and unprofessional from the outset. She was rough, rushed, and did not follow a systematic approach. Wax was applied too thick, and several areas were left unwaxed. Most concerning was her use of excessive hot wax on the bikini area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe. She left the treatment room door open during the session, claiming it was too hot, disregarding my privacy.
