Poor time management and disregard for booked appointments. I booked a timeslot for eyebrow threading, but the salon had me wait 30 minutes. Meanwhile someone else arrived after me who was an hour early for their wash & blow dry, they got seated and their hair washed whilst I continued to wait. I could visibly see there were staff free who have done my eyebrows in the past but yet they chose to leave me waiting. Completely unacceptable. If I hadn’t already paid online, I would have left
