No one turned up to my appointment. I called the mobile number in the shop sign several times but no answer. I’ve heard nothing since and as yet, no refund from Treatwell. I’ve rated the venue and experience as these fields are ‘required’ on the form but I have no idea what the treatment is like if you actually get to experience it.

The nail specialist wasn't at the venue and her phone was dead. I was waiting for her for half an hour and then booked with a different studio. This lady tried to contact me afterwards saying that I should have booked directly with her and not the online booking system.

Megis was very welcoming and gave a very good pedicure left my feet feeling soft but I would say there should be nail drying machines as it took long for nails to dry.
