It was my daughter's first ever haircut and she loved the experience. We didn't need to wait at all even though we arrived earlier than our booking time. Everybody was very nice. We will be back 😊

I specifically booked Zara on treatwell. When I arrived she did not turn up. I was told she would arrive. She did not arrive and I was not informed about this until Meetra turned up and said she would be doing the haircut as Zara had a sore arm. I was very disappointed as last time Meetra cut my hair she took far too much off. I even showed her a picture and it was again far too short and clearly not what the picture showed. She did a nice blow dry and it was a nice cut but not what i asked for.
