Staff was burned me in the ear and the employee did not even apologize, my hair was not washed thoroughly, I asked for a mask that I gave myself because I have hair extensions, the employee did not even hold it for 5 minutes, put it on and washed my hair immediately, where you have to wait at least 5 minutes after application.
No conversation with me , I am a regular customer. Wax with Zara was perfect and I very happy but other person doing wash and blow dry and I'm not satisfactory.

Terrible. Salon had booked three other people so I wasn’t able to get my haircut. The woman who did my eyebrow threading left so much hair that I had to do my threading myself when I got home. Wax was left on my bikini and hair was left too. So unprofessional.

Came for eyebrow and eyelash lamination. Whole experience was terrible, she had me lying in the middle of the salon while dealing with several other customers at the same time. I could hear another customer complaining about her eyebrows and no one acknowledging her or taking her seriously while I was lying there. I asked her not to dye them too dark and keep them natural as my hair is blonde. My eyebrows are BLACK and I go on holiday in 2 days. They look awful. Worst salon experience of my life
