As this was my first visit having this treatment, I was slightly apprehensive, but was more at ease once the process was explained to me by Humaira. She was attentive, caring and professional throughout. I did find the microneedling a tad uncomfortable at times, but on reflection felt I could possibly try it again if I see good results.
I totally enjoyed the head massage given whilst the LED process took place.
My only negative was the heated couch!
